Boarding and disembarking from coaches is only permitted at the officially designated stopping points along the route. If passengers require a coach to stop, they must give early notice of the intention to board or disembark. For boarding by standing at the bus stop, for disembarking by pressing the stop button or advising the chauffeur.
Bus transport of a child under the age of 6 is only permitted if the child is accompanied by an adult. However, the child is not entitled to a seat but must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult.
A passenger may take a small pet on board the vehicle free of charge. However, the passenger is asked to transport an animal on his lap and keep it under control (muzzle, lead, carrier etc.).
A guide dog is permitted on board when the blind person is unaccompanied by another person. Transport of a pet can be refused if the coach is fully booked and inconvenience could be caused to other passengers.
Animal owners are requested not to allow their animals to climb on the seats. In addition it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that his animal does not soil or damage the coach or disturb other passengers. Animal owners are liable for any form of damage.
In addition to one piece of hand luggage, maximum 50x30x25 cm, each passenger may also transport one suitcase or rucksack that must be stowed in the luggage compartment.
Autoservizi Silvestri S.r.l. retains the right to only accept items of luggage that conform to the stated dimensions. Excluded from transport are all items of luggage containing dangerous, inflammable and poisonous goods.
It is not permitted to leave cash, jewellery or other valuable objects in items of luggage that are handed to the chauffeur. Autoservizi Silvestri S.r.l. refuses all liability for natural environmental influences on items of luggage. Autoservizi Silvestri S.r.l. only bears liability for the contents of items of luggage if it can be made liable on grounds of negligence. Compensation for damage may not exceed the limit as stated in Art. 2 of Regulation 450/85.
A passenger must notify the coach personnel of any claim for loss of or damage to items of luggage immediately on arrival. Written confirmation by e-mail or registered letter must also be sent to Autoservizi Silvestri S.r.l., Via Dala Gesa 265/E 23030 LIVIGNO (SO) within 10 days of arrival.
Each passenger may transport one pair of skis, which must be held vertically or placed in the container provided.
The transport of bicycles on municipal routes is permitted provided the bicycle is packed in accordance with transport regulations and transported in the luggage compartment (subject to available space).
Lost property found on a coach will be stored at our offices in the Via Dala Gesa 265/E.
Autoservizi Silvestri S.r.l. coaches are insured against injury or damage to passengers.
All passengers have the opportunity to submit comments and complaints to Autoservizi Silvestri S.r.l.
